Both are Ruger American Predators

One has been cut down to 16” and sports a Dead Air Sandman.

This gun is in a Boyds laminate stock and is set up to shoot 125/130 hand loads. 1/2moa

Topped with a Nikon Monarch 3x9-40



#2 has a 18” barrel sporting a Sandman as well

It sits in a B&C stock and is set up for target shooting. Nosler 168 and Speer 165s are its favorites

Topped with a Arken 4-16x50 it’s a heavy gun with mild recoil, lots of fun dialing shots at steel

Tikka CTR. Shoots Federal Fusion 180 grain really well. I’ve shot loads of animals with it. Shot this nilgai cow and a bull this year with it and it did a number on them

It started life as a DPMS Oracle. It now has a RRA trigger and an Odin handguard, and adjustable gas block.

Remington 700 5R Milspec 20”.

The gun is a factory anomaly. From the get go it has shot 175 Bergers in under 1/2” at 2800fps. It has a cavernous freebore, I seat the bullets above at 2.950” and still have .030 jump to the lands.

I’ve worked up a load with 168 Accubond Long Range loads at 2961fps and stopped without pressure signs.

I have a few other custom rifles but I find myself grabbing this one more often than not.

it's a toss up between my savage bas-k and my ruger precision... the savage has a 6" advantage , the Ruger is my go to pig slayer @200 yards at night with trijicon accupoint.

they both shoot really good ... did a .67 " group @400 yards on a calm day with the ruger

It shoots whatever I feed it. It's the cheapest rifle Remmington ever made (I think) but it shoots great if you can get past the 7 pound trigger!

I built this little 16.5” “Frankenstein” for myself with parts I had in my shop not getting used. Rock Creek 10 twist sendero contour at 16.5” and a blueprinted 700 (I recently did my first bolt handle time and TIG weld on this one).

Diamondback DB10. Handy with the 16" barrel, holds plenty of bullets and will shoot MOA if I do my part. It's like an Ar15, but for men.

My Ruger american predator. All I’ve done to it is a little polishing on the trigger and used epoxy to stiffen up the stock. I run a Sig suppressor on it.

Cheap(I don’t mind it getting banged around or damaged)
Accurate(1/2moa at 100 with my handloads)
Great trigger for a stock rifle
Light weight

Second place is my dads BLR 308. Beautiful rifle, very well built, accurate and I killed my first deer with it.

Remington 700 action sent to Pac-Nor. Varmint profile cut to 16 inches and threaded had them install a brake but it stays suppressed. Used Magpul mag conversion kit but wished id stayed BDL. Very mild on recoil the kids favorite rifle. It took about 7 months to build. That was the estimate from Pac-Nor. Cant remember how to upload picts at the moment.

My favorite .308 was the Marlin that I bought my son when we went elk hunting. The Kimber that I bought at the NRA banquet wouldn’t group with any of several brands of ammo. I own no .308s now. Not that I have anything against them, I just don’t need one.

It's rock solid with every gun I put on it. Even my PCP air rifles. It will hold a 15 lb gun without tilting. It is a bit on the heavy side but manageable.

An old Mossberg 800A!lol She ain't much to look at but sho nuff a shooter! My Dad bought it back in the 70's from a co-worker who was needing some money. Seems like it was less than a hundy. Prolly not worth much but sentimental value is on up there.

Remington Model 700v, Heavy barrel with heavy wood stock. Bought it in early 70s I believe but could be wrong. Always gets the job done.

had a ruger mk2 stainless with the original synthetic stock,,, for a box stock gun i managed to get it down to .037" at 100 with a 150 ballistic tip, with the 125 ballistic tip i got it down to .157 at 100,,,, should have kept it!
