I thought all Antlers plus was 20%. If that price is for 20% that is the best price I have seen. However, the cost of gas to go get it would far outweigh the savings for me.

Id be more willing to reduce feeding if the range conditions were better. This drought/inflation scenario is no bueno.

Feeding feeder cattle was tough this last winter. I don't think I will make it through next winter at these prices.

Thank you for posting. Low fence I believe its a great value, breeder pens might benefit more form the higher mineral they have. Both great feeds!

I have been buying at the beaver & hauling it. Price difference makes it worth it. You might check with some of the stores in Breckinridge.

Pea gravel 6.49. That’s up 2$ since last year.
This feeding program is out of control.

RAX MAX was $14.95 at MG Feeds about two weeks ago.

$12.75 for the Corn & Soybeans at D&D feeds

Corn at the beaver was $8.98 last time I bought it. Probably went up in price soon.

We just paid ~$2700 for 5 tons. It’s gotten crazy for sure. Chuckfu will have to give the details on where he ordered from. That’s delivered, but it’s gone up at least 25-30%.

Kinda how Iím justifying it myself. Switched leases this past year and feeder fill trip went from 450 miles round to 140. Consolidated all protein to a Hammer Feeder system so consumption/waste was cut in half. That combined with being able to do it all in half a day vs a weekend all adds up to savings.

I have a cell cam on my hammer unit and all the bucks eat first and the does get the leftovers. Makes more since to me at this point with feed and fuel prices as well.
