Hers my wife’s sourdough tortilla recipe
Imperial and Metric (because sourdough people are weird)
120g starter (1/2 cup)
60g oil or butter (1/4 cup)
80g water (1/3 cup)
225g all-purpose Flour (1-2/3 cup)
1/2 tsp of Salt
Mix discard/starter, Oil, and Water
Add flour and salt, Knead for 1-2 min (No dry spots)
Cover and rest for 30 min
Flour surface, divide dough and shape.
Roll or press thin, cook on High
