there's too many to list I love guns. My dream is to have a bolt rifle in every cartridge there is.

.338 win mag w/ 250 gr partitions would round it out nicely.

7mag would be my choice. You can kill anything from Yukon moose on down with it. Never understood why some people want to shoot 338 or 375. How dead do they need to be? I have seen plenty of elk killed with a 243. I have killed more deer with a 22 Hornet than any other caliber I own. Find something you are comfortable with and will enjoy shooting. 7-08 is a great choice as well.

What caliber should I add to my collection?

Maybe a .35 Whelan , 338 Win mag, or a 375 H&H.
Looking at your list of cartridges you have rifles chambered for one of these should round you out.

I took a Canadian Constable (town's police chief there) hunting for pigs down here one time. He told me that everybody in his town usually carries a .375 WinMag as an all around hunting cartridge from deer to bear to caribou to moose. Most all his family shot .375 including his wife, mother, and father.
