When I put my deposit down the notification said that service would be available in late 2022. Now when I put in my address it says that Starlink is at capacity in my area and it might be 2023 before service can be provided. Not sure if that means I am included in the group that will receive service in 2022 since I already put my deposit in month ago or if I am now stuck in the 2023 group.

How come we can't get it?

Still waiting on mine. Suppose to be this year.
Competition is good, now AT&T is wanting to talk to my area’s homeowners about getting fiber installed and what we each would pay.
Lets talk speed. I pay for and get 1000k down {TO THE SERVER}
Moving it wireless around the property changes from room to room. 15ft you get 550k 30 feet away you get 350k.
Yes I have a router extender, and anything above 200k is fine.
BTW it takes an act of god to get them to bury the line. I ended up doing it across my yard and 3 neighbors yards to keep it out of a mowers blade.
I pay $110.00 a month plus a ton of fees...

Got the new equipment, shipped the old stuff back in the same box. No more troubles.
That sounds like customer service is on their toes!

I lost service Monday and haven’t regained since. It was going strong for couple months with zero issues.
All of a sudden I get the “Non-Starlink Router” error message. But I’m using the OEM Starlink Router with no hardware or anything else on the system.
I put in a service ticket on Wednesday and haven’t heard anything back. Come on Starlink Customer Service! Get it together!
