In my younger days I would respond with something like "the mattress you and your wife are using now seems to be a decent mattress that I wouldn't mind owning"

But I'll be an adult and respond with this. Costco mattresses can't beat beat if you are looking for a high end conventional mattress for a good price with a great return policy.

Her favors were not a match to a good night's sleep, and a back that works.

There like 3 mattress stores on every corner now where i live. But never any customers? I think these stores are something more than mattress sells. But that is my humble opinion. This doesnt answer your question.
