Great deal. That lens is a huge money maker for me. Especially for close up work. If anyone needs an older manual lens, holler at me. Been sitting in my studio locker for a while as a back up.

Cost is relative, yes it's still a chunk of money but it's a good discount on a great lens.

I have a 135mm f/2 for sale. Really a portrait lens, but I use it for low light. Has some cosmetic issues, but glass is nice and takes great pictures. $1400 new, I'd let it go for about a 1/3 of that.
