Rental is about it...as fast as one goes on the market it sales. Folks are paying 50k more right now. Definitely a sellers market.Comment

We've got a three bedroom house that currently has two female students living in it. We are trying to find a third room mate. pm me if this is something she would be interested in. Not sure if she wants roommates or not. The house is a 3/2.5 and located between Harvey and University.Comment
