Thanks to the HEB post yesterday letting everyone know the pork butts we’re on sale for $1/lb I HAD to go grab a few.

I picked up 3 of them. Just cut up one and put some cure on it for buckboard bacon. Not sure what I’m gonna do with the other two. Prolly just throw in the freezer.
