We are going to build a home and live there. We are under contract to sell our home and hope to start building this summer. I have mixed feelings because i know it will effect the hunting and it has the potential to be a really good small hunting property. I will do some things like plant plot screens to help protect deer from seeing our home, and hopefully they just get used to it. We will see!

First order of business is keeping the exemption, getting a entrance and 2 sides of fence up!
