Smother with Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch and bake. With about 10 mins left of baking sprinkle generously with crushed Funyuns...

This is how I’ll do the next one. My wife doesn’t like fish and she will order this

Dust the fish with a coat of Rajin Blaze seasoning.
                    1 stick of butter
2 -3 TBS of Lea & Perrins (to taste)
1-2 gloves of garlic pressed thru a press. (or just smash it good)
                    1/4 - 1/2 cup Wishbone Italian dressing

Simmer until butter is melted and all ingredients are blended well.
Baste fish as you cook it.

                    C'est Bon !

RAJIN BLAZE for the seasoning, hit it with a couple squeezes of lemon when its done and topped with a homemade mango pico!

Got some redfish thawing out today and planning on trying these 2 tonight. Momma is allergic to citrus so makes cooking fish tricky sometimes.
