Mine went in for a recall and came out with a new engine. It was there for 6 months. Have fun.

Give George Strait a call, he's in pretty tight with them

Did you get a loaner? They have given me one every time I took a vehicle in for anything, but not sure if they have the inventory to do that these days.

not just chips, we can't get parts for anything. it's bad in the OTR trucks right now.

Check on the lemon law there is a time that if kept longer they have to buy back. Not sure on what it takes to qualify.

Not getting an answer or anything is BS..... but I will say, due to the world we live in now, it could’ve months before the part arrives. It’s not the dealers fault.... the communication is. If you don’t mind the drive, I can hook you up with guaranteed the best salesman in the industry. He would probably take the trade while it’s even in the shop. Just hands down an honest good guy that will shoot straight and won’t cut corners. Good luck with what’s going on...

This. Wear a clever sign in their lobby and “peacefully protest”

I had to go back to a bay in a dealership in dallas one time. I found the car, it looked drivable so I started to get in it and look for keys. Some guy came runin and hollern. After some words they got the keys for me and I was gone.
