    TBH Official Backyard BBQ Thread?

    I figured since I find myself posting about BBQ every other weekend I may as well start a thread to keep the repeats down…. I’d say this is a thread for any of you TBHers that are weekend warriors on whatever pit the good lord has blessed you with. Post up your pics and those seeking advice, fire away!

    Whatcha got going this weekend?? I’ve got my Yoder fired up. Will be doing Ribs, chops, Corn, Mac and Cheese and some jerky over the next day and a half.

    I’ll be cooking fajitas tonight for a birthday party on the barrel pit.

          TBH Official Backyard BBQ Thread?

          Not today but I made some bacon a couple of days ago.

          Tossed in a couple of small venison steaks too.

          Sliced up 12 lbs of maple bacon


          Fried up enough to get me through the week.


          Home made bacon, eggs from my chickens and tomatoes from my garden.
          Good eats.

                    I put a small brisket on this morning. Pushed through the stall a couple of hours ago. About 15* left to go before I start probing.

                      Really impressed with how even the Yoder holds temp.

                      Enjoy seeing the actual gauges rather than the controller itself

                              Wife likes Memphis style ribs the best, she’s not a fan of sweet bbq….

                              These were dry rubbed and mopped every hour. No wrap, trimmed Baby Backs
