As of right now with no good body pics my vote is for walk he doesnt look like a 5 1/2 year old he looks closer to 3 1/2 but when and if we see good body pics that all could change

I would let him walk. Looks like his rack got messed up durning the begining of velvet. I would say hes 3.5
