I got 2 unopened boxes of Hornady 147eldm .264 projectiles I need to turn into 140 hpbt. Anyone around Houston south want to swap?

I want to duplicate the Hornady Black load for my CM. Try as I might, I can’t get any of my handloads using the 143 or 147 to come close to it.
