Stolle had about 15 deer including one shooter buck in range this evening, but cell service was lacking at the two stands where he and Steve went tonight. We pulled some game cards and it looks like the bucks are really starting to cruise looking for does in the past week. It's only a matter of time until one of these river bottom brutes comes cruising by one of us!

All set at the lower dance floors. Light drizzling rain on this bed of leaves makes for some good cover noise, but it’s gonna be hard to hear the deer coming through the leaves with everything so wet!

I can hear turkeys still rooting in the burr oaks in front of me...and two coons got into an argument down in the creek bottom below me just now

I’m all set in the same tent blind at the old homestead. Hope to get a better look of the buck from yesterday. I was tempted to shoot him but he didn’t stop in my shooting lane. He has broke G2 and is/was a 9 point.
