I found out this morning by contacting the Chaparral. I also found out that the East Guajalote will be exclusively mine.

Ooops, I just need to clarify. I DO NOT HAVE ALL OF EAST GUAJALOTE TO MYSELF, I just have a special outlined section. I do not want to mis-inform anyone here in this forum. thanks

I would venture to guess you have a portion of East Guajalote.
