Looks amazing. I don't have an insta pot but I may try this sous vide.

You don't have to have a instapot. Likely helps. But I've done this in a crock pot because I have the bone in and it won't fit in my instapot. And it is good.

I'm going to user a crock pot tomorrow and try it.
Sous vide might work also but I don't think it would be that beneficial in this case.

Served this last weekend at the lease. It was a hit. So wanted to bring to top for folks on my lease. I smoke the shoulder for a couple hours before going to the crock pot.

Going to try Carnitas this weekend with my last frozen shoulder from 2 seasons ago. Will also be butchering the deer from last weekend. It will be good eating too.
