    **Weather- Flooding Likely**

I didn’t see a thread on this week’s weather but people should be weather aware especially in flood prone areas. Significant rainfall likely this week.

I hope the central Texas prediction is incorrect.

Already flooding quite a bit up here in the Waxahachie area.

Meteorologists were saying this spring was supposed to be a “dryer than normal spring” for north Texas, ha!

Our place in Llano could sure use the rain. Hoping that it is not a major flooding event, but a good rain would do us some good up there.

13" fell in spots between Sugarland and Victoria last night. Glad the ground was dry to start out.

As recently as February the predictions I was reading were calling for a warm and dry Spring. Nope and nope.

Areas on the high plans, (midland N/NE into the panhandle) should expect rather large hail. Amarillo area saw golf ball+ last night. But an approaching storm system with a lee low in SE NM channeling low and mid level moisture will likely mix with a dry line and remnant boundary from last night storms that offers substantial lift and slow moving storms with supercells possible.

TX needs the rain. The southern panhandle/high plains DEFINETLY needs the rain
