            That looks good! I never tried cooking them, just bought them made at the "carniceria"...I'll have to try your recipe. Thanks for sharing!

                    Depends on how long you cook them. If not cooked long enough, they will have a rubbery texture. The last batch I made, I cooked them in the butter for a lot longer than I usually do, and some almost fell apart when slicing.

                      I’ve never had the opportunity to eat them...but I’d try most anything at least once. They look great! I agree that next year’s Nanza would be a good venue to sample them Jason. 😛

                            I love them, and get them at a meat market for breakfast in La Porte, Tx. after working graveyards. They WERE my wife's favorite tacos..., until she found out what they really were.
