100% True. TXDOT would have 7 crash trucks and three sign trucks long before you got to any barrels.

Speaking of TxDot

I agree not TxDOT, not a proper closure for them and they have a uniform shirt that is orange with reflective stripes and yellow sleeves. signs don’t match the closures for sure but likely something quickly thrown up by a third party.

Also looks like windshield is already was also busted in first picture or is that a bug splat?
