      We considered building there when we bought in Rockport, dues were a turnoff but I don’t remember them being outrageous. There were many lots for sale then, a lot more than were listed on the interweb.

        Do some research on the place. Was alot of legal stuff going on and it seemed like a gamble about 4 years ago when we were going to buy. Seemed like dues may go up or owners were about to flip the tab on alot of stuff
