Successful night Op for Bobcat

I can’t confirm if this was a neighborhood or city limit op but local residents had reported missing pets.

Used an AGM micro 384 thermal hand scanner & Ruger .177 pellet gun

First shot was true & followed up with a few extra after it ran into the thick creek brush.

Skinned her out & planning to make a nice little pelt

Not a big cat by cat standards, but it is a beautiful one!! Won't ever see one more spotted than that one! congratulations on a fine trophy regardless where you were able to get it!

Very pretty bobcat.
Next one, skin it out cased and leave those nice belly spots intact.
You can flesh it, stretch it and dry it without having to salt it for tanning.

Moyle Mink in Idaho does a great job tanning fur.

Have you ever eating bobcat meat? I was watching Fred Eichler's show "Everything Eichler" yesterday. He killed a nice bobcat and his wife fried up some of the cat meat.
Meat looked like white pork meat.
