Question about Meat Processors

Does anyone have any pros or cons on 3 different processors that the Brazoria County Fair uses for the auction animals.
Dorecks-Santa Fe
Jacksons-Highlands area
Goings Meat Processing-Baytown
We are looking to buy in the Freezer Sale.

I've used Jackson's. Fair priced, good folks. Always done a good job for us.

i do business with Going's and have heard good things about them.

Jackson's is a processor for our East county fair also. I have used them for 10yrs now and no complaints.

Might also check out B&S in Markham . It’s just a few miles from Brazoria county.

I dont have any first hand experience but a friend of mine has used Dorek's. I've tried it and it was good. He's also used Greak's which is in the same area. It was good also.

All are good except Dorek's. I never cared for them.

Goings Dam good as well

Dorecks. Flippin sux and they are 2 miles from me
We have no problem driving all the way to the others for quality work

Have used all three. I would only recommend Goings. Just got a steer back from Jackson's, not bringing them another. Just a personal thing.
