    Dealling with it now. My mom's 2020 Subaru Forrester has a footlong crack in the drivers vison.

    When we bought it, they offered windshield coverage, saying a windshield was 800. We passed as what's the probability. Ha Ha...

    Dealer quote was 1630 before tax.

    800 for the windshield
    100 for the gasket
    210 for labor

    And the kicker...

    555 eyesight calibration

    Now if they would have mentioned it was 1600 or 1700, we probably would have went with the coverage.

      Here’s a pretty good tip for y’all. Get them fixed before they spread so you whole windshield doesn’t need replacing. Most insurance companies cover chips for free.

        Get ready for the makers to start making things Al la carte on a monthly service fee

        In Norway if you want your seat warmers to work you have to pay for a monthly subscription
        You will no longer even control your car in reality

        Want ac $40 month
        Want radio $30 month

        Sounds crazy but I wouldn’t be surprised
