    Gun Trust

I'm looking to get a gun trust set up. Does anyone have an idea of the current cost? I found an attorney in Houston for $300 and https://www.texas-gun-trust.com for $79. Obviously I like the pricing on the website better but scared this is a get what you pay for deal.

You have any friends with one? Copy theirs, put your info in, notary, done!

I did the $79 deal. Easy to set. Easy to change. Works. What more do you need.

            Jim Willi. About $300

He is an attorney that has done thousands. I didnt want a pre made form or a "website " that I just plug my info in and it spits out a trust.jim helped me 3 times after the inittrust was set up.

I used him for my trust and he’s been jam up. Highly recommend.

Correct. I scheduled a phone call via email with him.

Went over everything in maybe 30 minutes, had the trust and docs to me next day. Then it was on me to get it notarized and I sent him a copy.

My brother and I just set up one for a couple suppressors, and the place he purchased them from did it all for free… maybe just add a suppressor to the build and get the legal side done for free…?

Use a lawyer not some canned website trust.

Jim Willi is good to go in Central Texas.

Cole Bryan in North Texas/DFW area.

I spent to money on the trust, Sean Cody did mine and you can add or change anything you wanted including kids, timeframes, and people easily. Not sure you can do that on single shot ones. I think Jim took over his website when he passed away a few years back but think they are probably close to the same quality.

I appreciate the feedback. Looks like an attorney is the way to go.
