I have this one as well, just pulled it out yesterday to grind an HEB pork loin. I made a meatloaf and will have chili tonight, plus put away two more packs.

I've been using a tiny little LEM I bought probably 17 years ago, had it forever and every year want a new one but this thing just burns through whatever I throw at it no problem. Did three antelope in one sitting in a couple hours, which was a lot of ground because I wasn't sure how good the meat was and didn't do much other cuts. IMO can't go wrong with LEM.

I have a LEM 3/4 hp and it's hard to keep up with that machine.

Cabela's 1HP. They are a beast. I got rid of my sausage stuffer because this grinder will fire out the meat with the auger type attachment faster than I can feed it. You will never buy another.

I looked at that one. I liked what I read and saw on some videos.

This what I own if you decide you want to buy in the lifetime category. Beast it is

This bad boy right here is from the 70s. It was my grandma's. Oster. I use it every year.

My mom has one of those. It’s been old as long as I can remember.

If your wife has a Kitchen aide mixer just get the grinder attachment for it. It works great and saves on space and money. Otherwise go with what everyone said.

We have a couple made by Tor Rey. Both are 2hp and will grind anything you put in it. They are pricey but we make about 800lbs a year so well worth the price.
