Nothing shoots flatter, hits harder, or is more accurate than a Weatherby

The only Weatherby that is accurate are the ones made by Howa. Original Weatherby has never been a sub MOA gun. IF you have one then you better keep it because it is indeed a rare piece. Belted cartridges are NOT inherently accurate for the most part especially with factory ammo. Looks have nothing to do with how well a gun shoots.

Might as well go wildcat with a 6.5/300 Remington ultra mag. You can push a 120 gr pill to 4000fps and get close to 700 rounds out of a barrel before you have to cut off 2" and rechamber. Be sure to start with a minimum 32" barrel
Gonna need a big stout tripod to hold it up but should be no problem hunting from a stationary blind. Don't forget to wear ear plugs. 106gr of powder gonna be loud.

I think the 270 WSM might be the best all round for that
