I got one at Victoria store!!
Now I can’t get it to unlock,
I’ve used the 1-5-9-# code I read to use with no luck.
Any help?
I will call Cannon customer service tomorrow.

I had the same problem. I think I was grabbing the handle to quick. Put in the code and wait a couple of seconds and you will hear a click and it should open.

But now I can’t change the code??? Ok

Not sure if this has been said yet but BE NICE TO YOUR LOCAL TSC employees. They’ll be able to rain check you the price on any of their items if they go out of stock and you miss the sale. Just ask politely and you’ll have to wait for the next truck that brings the item.

To those that bought one does it compare to the sports a field at academy right now for $399, i don't need a designer piece but something to house guns and away from kids.

My code did not work. Open it up with the key and push the reset button on the inside of the door near the hinges. There is a plastic cap over the button. After resetting that button the light will turn yellow, now put in your new code and hit * afterwards. Then put your code back in with # afterwards and you should be good to go.

The TSC is a little bit thicker steel (14 vs 16) and heavier but the academy one seems to have a better fire rating. They both hold the same amount of long guns and neither will stop a determined burglar. I’d get the TSC one just because it’s cheaper but the academy one will work just the same.

Bought a Winchester safe about 4 years ago did the same thing. They sent some one over and replace the lock on it free of charge. He told me that happens with some them. But I Love my gun safe. You might to check if you put in the wrong code mine I think I have to hit the star or pound key to reset it to open. Also the battery. Hope this helps.
