    K&N Cold Air Intake?

Anyone put an aftermarket cold air intake on their truck? Worth the money?

You get more bang for the buck by opening up the exhaust,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

SB cold air intake of course it’s worth it. Way better mod than these clowns tryin to make their 2001 Chevy 1500 sound like a nascar truck

I have one on my Tundra with a dual exhaust and I think it’s worth it. I like the rumble when you open her up!

Sounds good but not worth 4-500 bucks IMO. I didn’t see much better mileage for it to make a difference either.

Look at trick flow come air intakes. Looks just like KN and less cost. Rumor is their made by KN.

KN lets in a lot of dirt, especially if not cleaned and oiled often.
I use a tractor/implement filter, no box, lasts a long time and breathes good.

By itself I dont think there is much to gain because typically the air intake is not the restriction.
