What's your biggest fear in life?

Not fulfilling the purpose God has intended for me. Failing my calling.

Something bad happening to my kids are grandkids. One other is out living my wife.

1. Things happening to my kids or wife.
2. Sharks, I hate them with my whole being. The though of being grabbed by a shark almost gives me a heart attack!!!!! I HATE THEM

Add me to the lost of fearing my sons death before mine. They are kind of tied together but I fear something happening to my wife or son and me not being able to help them.

My second biggest fear is outliving my children. My biggest fear, by far, is my wife outliving our children. The heartache I see, in those that have, just never heals and I’d never want to see my wife hurt that way.

No kids here....but I have two "biggest" fears...

1) something happens to my wife and she passes before me
2) The pews being empty at my funeral (weird I know but it has one of mine for as long as I can remember)

1) Men usually die first....usually because we’re just tired of listening to them and want to.[emoji23]

2) I’ll be there. I’ll pick up some day laborers at Home Depot to help fill the place up![emoji6]

My second biggest is people that I Love don't know that I love them.
I make it a point to at least weekly to tell them I Love You. Some of my guy friends are like ummm [emoji15][emoji15][emoji15][emoji15].

It's a heart thing not an intimate thing.


With all that being said

I understand your intent, but it means little if you don’t know me.

Those that really know me, all my faults and failures, and still love me mean everything. Love is a word thrown around too freely. My momma loves me because that love is unconditional. My kids love me because I first loved them and show them often, even when I’ve sometimes failed. My wife loves me even though she knows the worst of me and me her. I have a few friends that I know love me despite them never having said it. These people know me and all my faults. And still love me. That’s love!
