Well, I done did it. Talked to Mike Heisler and he's gonna make me a batch of wood arrows for my recurve. Guess I'd gonna have to show up to more shoots in the future.

Even shooting carbons, I considered myself fortunate to bring home all my arrows in one piece at that shoot!

I broke my first (carbon) arrow at a TBoT event there. Lost about ¾" on the front. I'll cut it down, add some weight and kill something with it.
Plan to be at Chester Friday and Saturday and have them with me. I'm sure I'll do my best to destroy or lose one (or three or . . .). But, if it's raining I won't take them out of the truck. And if it's raining hard, I'll be in the truck. Headed home. I don't mind wet as much as I hate mud.
