Default Cajun cabbage stew

Started this tradition at the power plant 35 yrs ago.
For New Years every year we cook this


Gar guys green gumbo thread inspired me
Lg head of cabbage
Rotel
Onion
Smoked sausage
Deer burger
2 in of water in pan
Toney’s,garlic powder,onion powder,black pepper
Simmer til tender
Yum!

Saved the recipe and noticed that there are 8 or 9 other cabbage recipes in my file---yum.
