    Lump Charcoal

What brand of lump charcoal do y’all use? Been using the Cowboy brand from Lowe’s but want to find something different. Using it in a green egg.

B&b . But usually spend the time and use straight wood I’ve cut .

Walmart has a new brand for $9.95 for a 20# bag.

Once I discovered Fogo, I haven’t used anything else since. Top quality stuff.

I’ll have to check and find Fogo...I hate buying a bag of lump coal and 80% of it turn out to be 1” chunks

B&B for me. I've wanted to try the FOGO but just can't get over how much it cost.

I use B&B. Be sure to "feel" the bag. You can usually tell if it is large pieces or mostly 1" pieces.

I get mine from HEB or Walmart. Walmart has either mesquite or oak. I think HEB just has mesquite.
