Anyone have comments about Zillow, good or bad ? Seems I remember folks not liking them but my remember don’t work good. Lay it on me !

Their "Zestimate" for a waterfront home I built and sold on Lake Fork for $450,000 in 2018 at $310,000. The homeowner has since built a dock also I sold the lot next to him for in 2020 for $170,000, bare land. Not to mention prices are through the roof since then. I sent them a message, per their site and they did not reply.

Very rarely is it active. As for the Zestimate, the don't always use like houses and can only base their estimate on the list price. Texas is a non-disclosure state so the actual sales price of a house is not public information.
