Cut up the underwear lol. I knew a guy who was cutting pieces off of his underwear while they were still on and slipped cutting his leg very badly. So bad that he had to call the ambulance to the deer lease.

I would go with losing a sock. They are cheaper than cutting up a shirt. It's never happened to me, but my wife comes home with at least one sock missing after every morning hunt

Pro tip: buy a small package of unscented baby wipes and keep them in your bag. Takes up much less space than a roll of TP. Also works for those that dip in a tree stand and want to get the smell off of your fingers

I've only forgotten the TP once and that's all it took for me to never forget it again. Hunting in east Texas as a kid with my dad and two brothers I got hit with a case of gastrointestinal and wound up cutting off the bottom section below the knee to my long underwear. I agree with others here as well. Cut up the t-shirt or something, anything but leaves.

In East Texas, Beauty Berry leaves or Mulberry leaves...
Down south, just come in dirty and take a shower!! Ain't cuttin' up my clothes or using ANYTHING that grows in South Texas!! (well 'cept maybe a cottontail if I happen to be able to find one when I "need" it... )

Sock, Sleeve, Underwear... In that order. Depends what I got on. If I have my good hunting socks, and my Duluth underwear on then its either sleeves.

My one piece of genetic good luck is a seeming immunity to poison ivy but even then I ain't gonna chance it like that.
