Thanks again everyone! Any good recipes for the heart? Of all the deer I’ve harvested in the last 25 years I’ve never kept one. Recently watching Meat Eater with Steve Rinella on Netflix got me excited to try one. This one is perfect to be the first.

There are only a couple things in this world that get me more pumped up than seeing an arrow I just shot from my longbow disappear thru the side of a critter!!!!!
