I would bring more. You can never have to many ice chests. A warm hind quarter will soak up some ice. The. The head of it’s a bull and the cape.

Id say at least two coolers as its going to need a lot of ice on it. That meat is way to good to let spoil.

I’ve got mine in 3 125 quart coolers and one 75 quart cooler sitting in my truck right now. Only thing I didn’t de-bone was the hind quarters which are the biggest and I put them in one of the coolers by themselves.
