Question about Thill lights

I haven't been able to find the push/pull type thill lights around here and while in the Metromess this past week I found some at a Walmart. Or at least I thought I did. Turns out I was in a big hurry and picked up the last six that they had and they are all the twist type. I think I saw some where that you can use these to make lighted nocks but I can't remember where. Anyone know if it is feasible to use these and where can I get instructions?

You can turn them on manually. I found some push type at Academy.
