Well, I'm getting the entire HVAC system replaced Wednesday, inside and out. Going w/a 4 ton Bryant unit, 14 seer. They're going to do all the other stuff as well, such as moving the outside unit, adding a new duct in the sunroom, redoing the drainage, etc. I decided to go with a local company that Olphart (Mason) recommended. They're supposed to get it all done in one day...Hope so, have to go out of town on Thursday, so we won't even be here.
Sorry it's been so long. Work is slow, but there's always more than enough to do around the house, etc.
