Hopefully not my car, but I found it in the driveway and have no idea where it came from. Thanks for the help.

That's a wire retainer clip that mounts to the henway.

Id say it it larger than 1/4, Id go 1/2 x 13 (looks to be coarse thread. Brass had nut at that.

I always have nuts and bolts left over after working on my truck and it's never been a problem.

Looks like nut went in the rubber dohicky which probably is a retiner for the thingamajig that will fall off when you are the middle of nowhere and you will need to replace it and have no idea what to call it. LOL

The piece looks like something I have seen before, but not on a car. I believe on a saw. Couldn't place it... anyway, looks like I am not alone.

That is a 5/16-24 nut. Looks like the nut that holds the brake line to the caliper and a hose loom to keep the line from flopping around.
