I agree with you on using a prefabbed door. I put a deer view door in my new 5x5 blind. I will not build another door. It sealed the blind off from most critters. Great build.

I just downloaded some HD pics from the SPYPOINT and noticed you can see the blind window in the background. Pretty sweet, looks like a black hole of death.

First decent buck showed up in front of the mega tank this week. I think he will get a pass for this year, but I would like to see him in person. He’s a 17” wide 10 with a little kicker off his brow tine.

Not sure who built them originally, they came with the spot on one of our old leases. They used to be double barreled protein feeders with a protein spout on each barrel. I cut off one of the spouts and added a motor. Now we have corn in one barrel, protein in the other. Stand in the middle and fill them both up at once. Great design.

My sister and brother in law both got their first bowkill this morning. I sat with my sister in the tank blind and she made a great shot at 15 yards. We had 7 deer within 20 yards of us this morning and never got even looked at. This blinds hunts great. We are back in it now waiting on some pigs
