For my house looking for maybe 1 or 2 trees not picky on type of wood it all will heat

Campfire wood any will do, fireplace wood you need to be picky. I can't recommend what wood here in Texas, but we would walk past everything to get a red oak.

If you wanted some wood about 3 weeks/ a month ago, almost EVERY Apartment Complex in Richardson and south plano had a TON of trees down from storms. I got a truck full of oak and pear.

He's not panhandling for firewood. He's asking to come harvest a tree that someone wants removed anyway... He even offered to split the firewood with them.

...That's how i read it at least.
