How many MLD III hunters still hunting?

Still have some does to take out, have a youth hunt scheduled for Feb. 16th weekend to hopefully finish the does.
Got a cull buck yesterday evening.

Me. We cut our season off effective January 31 so I’m going to give it one last go on Tuesday.

We used to hunt all the way through the end of February but at that point it feels more like work than fun.

MLD III does not exist anymore as they moved to the Harvest or Conservation Option.

That being said, just let a friend shoot a doe out of my stand yesterday for meat. Bucks are coming to the feeder so I may try to get out one or two last times.

I could be, but my freezer is full. Changed feeders a week or so ago and had a couple nice youngsters on cam and one old tank that I would shoot if he and I both were there at once.

I am still hunting. I am having a hard time getting deer to come to corn though. I usually am through by now but it has been a screwy year for me.
