To me he looked like a 3yo around 130. Definitely don’t see 148. Cool looking buck either way.

Age and score mainframe 8 split g2’s!?

I dont see 148 either. My wife killed one very similar a few years ago with longer beams and it scored upper 30’s. Had the same double splits and all. Beautiful deer either way and sucks you couldnt look for him next year. How it goes I guess.

That stinks to hear someone else got him and you don’t get to see what could have been. Like the OP, definitely do not see 148, he would maybe pass 130.

Crazy he was killed 4 miles away... shows how silly them bucks can get during the rut.
