Default Nappy boar draws the unlucky straw......

Figured I'd post the video over here for those that didn't see the thread in the main forum.

Filmed through a fogging window because I had to keep the windows closed until they got upwind of me before I could open the shooting window. Cold outside and warm inside is a bad combo for windows..

Anywho....he didn't go far.......

Ive yet to kill one. Shot a few but never have recovered one. Its on my short list to do. But our pigs dont play fare and hardly ever show up when ive got a bow in my hand.

What’s “eeesh” about the breathing. Pig fever/ buck fever/Tom fever .. I get it. You don’t get excited when you are about to shoot?

Thanks! That was a Beman Hunter Classic with a 125 gr Grim Reaper Micro Hybrid. It went all the way through the good stuff and lodged in the opposite lower leg bone ....

Good pig! Be careful using the word “nappy” these days.

Sincerely,

Don Imus

Well, at least it was a boar. :-)

Dang cool video and a great shot! That’s a lot of pigs! Sheesh. When there is that many they hardly stand still long enough to shoot with a bow.
