Default Do any of yall top-dress your Cotton Seed?

Began top dressing my Cotton Seed with this mineral from TSC. See if it makes a difference with the added calcium. Pour half a bag of CS then sprinkle about 2 cups of the mineral on top and then repeat. Deer seem to love it. Not sure if it will do anything at all, but its cheap so Im game for the experiment.

Yes, been doing it years. I use deer mineral though but don’t really have any hard evidence if it makes much difference.

There is nothing that will show you "if it works" in a wild population

If they like it and eat it, i say its worth it

There’s a sweet feed pellet in a almost identical bag that I use for axis. They absolutely love it!
