follow-up....was really excellent, I am sure I will do tiny tweaks, like less salt, but what a great recipe. Excellent on pounded chicken breasts....which I never use for fajitas, using dark meat usually instead. Winner here, folks.

Doing 4lbs of Chicken, 3lbs of beef, and 1lb of smoked sausage Saturday night...can't wait. You are missing out if you haven't tried this yet.

Very good. Adobo/chipotle taste was dominant. Might cut back on that next time. Wife liked it.
