Question Smoker pics needed

I'm going to have a smoker built from some 3/16 stainless diamond plate. Wanting to get some ideas from others that have built or had a custom smoker built. Looking at 3-4' horizontal w/ 20" x 20" x 3' vertical attached opposite of the smoke box. I saw one that had propane burners in the horizontal and a starter tube in the smoke box, I like the idea but not sure what to do. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Go look at different smoker fab web sites. Like Gator Pitts, Pitts-n-Spitts, etc. Get ideas from what they offer.

I would consider an insulated fire box.

Here's my Yoder Durango, 20 inch.
Great for me as I do not smoke large quantities of meat.
If you smoke for larger groups I would go with 24 inch pipe or a longer horizontal chamber.
A bigger fire box might be helpful.
