Default Traditional Amistad hunt

Couple friends of mine are serious considering a traditional bow hunt in Amistad this year mainly for exotics. Anyone else go traditional in the area a d any luck?

What are the camping locations like up there?

Any good info would be appreciated. Thanks

Unhappy

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but (as we've been discussing in the other thread) unfortunately they netted all the mouflon. You can try and find some aoudad on area 4 if you have a boat. Otherwise you're outta luck. I'm not gonna say that there have never been sightings of axis or blackbuck out there but never's not that far off. Sorry.

It costs a little more but you might try Fort Clark Springs.

Good info and a bummer on the sheep, anyone got pictures of the camp sites in the area? This will be my first time hunting my native Texas public land.
